The unsung hero of our operation is William. If you have called in by phone - he rarely ever directly answers the phone. But he is always there looking over the store. Keeping a steady eye on everything.
To honor, Williams long and unfailing duty we have created a website Halo-Pets.com which carries a full line of William’s favorite tipple and treats. You see William is no ordinary dog - at least not in his books. As an equal, he demands equal status at the dinner table or at least the occasional crust.

Summer may have cooled off - but we are cooking with activity. Sometime back we became accredited members of the Better Business Bureau and have been in good standing since. Last month our computer guys added ScanAlert accreditation to our list.
ScanAlert is the industry standard that helps assure you our customers, that our site has low vulnerability to hackers. We are proud to be awarded the certificate - but we would also like customers to know that we do not store any credit card information within our site. You can feel secure with us due to our professionalism.
Not very exciting news! (well at least not to anyone other than our computer guys). But we have some exciting news coming down the tube - or rather up the well………..
We recently made two upgrades to your site that we hope have assisted customers in navigating through our vast list of products and product information.
- The first is to add Google Custom search to each and every page. We have teamed with Google to use their context specific search to return relevant search terms within and specifc to the site, www.MyHealthMyWorld.com. Look for the search field in the amber box in the top right hand corner. We think it is a big improvement on prior search - let us know your opinion!
- For many of the major brands that we offer such as New Chapter, Jarrow, or Now Foods - we have 100s and 100s of products. We recently introduced a color coded alphabetical list to facilitate scrolling through the products. This seems to work really well according to feedback - at least we hope so.

In line with our emphasis on providing great on-line information, we have for some time been shipping product literature with most of our shipments.
One question that seems to be causing confusion is the storage conditions for PROBIOTIC products such as Dophilus and New Chapter brands. We store ALL probiotics in refrigerated storage to ensure maximum freshness and viability. This is NOT common practice on-line retailers.
